Erdem makes me sick

When i found out Erdem Moralioglu had won the BFC/Vogue Fashion Fund award i was, to be honest, a bit disappointed. Although all contenders were pretty much equally weighted, i thought Christopher Kane might have just managed to snatch the 200,000 as he consistently showed great shows season after season - he (for me) just managed to capture more of a "mood" with his work. But then i went back to look at the Erdem Spring collection again, to see if i could see what may have swayed the judges opinion, and am pretty certain that it was these 'i feel sick they are so ridiculously cool' glasses...

Emma Watson - fashionista or fraud?

I have always had a problem with Emma Watson. It baffles me how one minute no-one really noticed her at all, and then the next she has a campaign with Burberry and is everyone's new favorite style-icon. How can she be a style icon? What is HER style? Granted she is beaut, and classic, and everything the british pride themselves on being, but if she didn't have the world's best designers courting her to wear their collections - would anyone really care?
